Programme Contents

  • Year 1: Research Methodology & Definition

    • Epistemology and Research Design (How to construct a research object).

    • Literature Review (State of the art in the chosen field).

    • Defining the Research Problem (Thematic seminars).

    • Deliverable: Validation of the Research Proposal.

  • Year 2: Data Collection & Analysis

    • Fieldwork: Conducting surveys, interviews, or case studies within the organization.

    • Data Processing and Analysis.

    • Writing the initial chapters of the thesis.

    • Participation in Doctoral Seminars (Trend, Innovation, or Governance poles).

  • Year 3: Finalization & Defense

    • Finalizing the Doctoral Thesis.

Eligibility & Participation Criteria

  • Academic Requirements: Holding a Master’s degree (Bac+5, MBA, or equivalent) from an accredited institution.

  • Professional Experience: Significant professional experience (typically a minimum of 5 years) in a managerial or decision-making role.

  • Selection Process:

    • Submission of a research proposal (preliminary topic).

    • Interview with the doctoral committee to assess the feasibility of the project and the candidate’s motivation.
