Programme Overview

The Human Resources Manager occupies a versatile position. They carry out their missions in compliance with the strategy defined by the management. They are in charge of the administrative management of personnel and the implementation of the human resources development policy (training management, GPEC). They ensure compliance with labor law obligations and represent the company in its relations with staff representative bodies. This program trains professionals to handle these diverse responsibilities, from payroll supervision to conflict management and internal communication

  • Administrative Management: Managing personnel files, contracts, and administrative formalities.

  • Payroll Management: Supervising payroll, checking payslips, and managing social declarations.

  • Recruitment: Defining job profiles, sourcing candidates, and conducting interviews.

  • Training & Development: Designing training plans and managing skills (GPEC).

  • Social Relations: Facilitating social dialogue and applying labor law.

Eligibility & Participation Criteria

  • Academic: Open to candidates holding a Bac+2 diploma (BTS, DUT, L2) or having validated 120 ECTS credits.

  • Professional: Accessible to employees with relevant experience via Validation of Acquired Experience (VAE).
