Membership Requirements

The applying collegiate institution offers at least one baccalaureate and/or graduate degree program in business administration, management, accounting, or technology. It is authorized to grant the aforementioned degrees by an appropriate governing body in its home country of operation. An “appropriate governing body” is defined as a governmental entity (or one authorized by a governmental entity) with the authority to approve degrees offered by higher education institutions (e.g., Ministry of Education). In addition, the majority of degrees awarded by the institution must be at the bachelor’s level or above, and the organization should be in good standing with its governing body. For institutions operating in the European or international context, this authorization must come from a national or regional educational authority recognized by the European Consortium of Education Institutions for Development (ECEID) or an equivalent body. Membership in ECEID does not guarantee eligibility to enter the accreditation process. Accreditation policies and standards established by ECEID govern entry into the accreditation process.

Educational Membership Dues

Annual membership dues are effective July 1 to June 30 and are 3,960 USD per year. Please note that memberships starting between April - June are prorated to include membership dues for the following fiscal year.
